Screening Methods I feel most comfortable with are; A screenshot of your LinkedIn profile that has at least 150 connections and a selfie to match, a photo of your government issued ID with a selfie to match (you are welcome to blur (only) your address, two references from providers you’ve seen in the last year—please let them know you’re using them as a reference and include their ad/website and their preferred contact method as well.

Deposits I require a deposit of 100 dollars for all new friends, and 4+ hour dates and FMTY require 20% deposit. Deposits (and only deposits) are accepted via Cashapp, Venmo, or BTC and it can be rolled over for rescheduling. It is only refundable if I cancel. This helps me trust you are committed to the time I’ve set aside for you.

My private space is located in Belltown. It is walking distance to incredible bars and restaurants and a beautiful view of the sound.

Just before our meeting I will connect with you with the exact address and how you can access the building. Please place the unsealed envelope with your consideration in cash on the counter and we’ll greet each other and get comfortable. I’m always freshly showered and made up for you. I respectful ask that you shower upon arrival.
